Soccer/Lacrosse: Is an anaerobic sport. The dominant energy systems for
these
sports are the
Phosphagn (ATP-PC), the Glycolytic (Lactic acid) or the Oxidative energy systems. The game consists of bursts of intense activity.

Training Program: The attributes you will need are Reactive Power, Strength, Explosiveness and of course Speed and Agility to achieve athletic success! These attributes are directly related to the development of maximum strength and ultimately maximum power.
The Soccer/Lacrosse Training Program will consit of: Athlete’s Bio’s, Running Form, and Spors Position Form:

Scouting Combine: This is where all the players make their money! The
faster you are, most likely the higher your stock is going to be and the higher you get drafted.

Team Training: We do not train all Soccer/Lacrosse players alike. There are subtle differences in the demands that each position carries
(see above). Therefore, we will divide the team into two or three groups depending on the general athletic ability of the team/players with like minded training goals.
